Vehicle System: Car Locks, Fuel usage, Engine startup Notebook System: Store notes in your notebook, give them to others, delete them. Other: Cellphone system, Lotto, Stats saving. MANY new commands. Auto Gates: Gates that open automatically Faction Specifics Commands: All new commands such as police backup, making roadblocks and stealing from wallets or broadcasting news Hospital: On death you will be in hospital for 30secs.
